After decades of subscribing to a narrow definition of the “right” look – young, white, Caucasian, skinny, the fashion industry is finally picking up on what consumers want and making a change.

It’s not that it hasn’t been done before, this time, it’s done on a larger scale. With the arrival of new models fronting brands and walking the runways, the landscape of modelling is rapidly shifting especially across the fashion and beauty industries.
