In a revolutionary move for the Neo-Gothic Episcopal church, which has been used for state funerals for three presidents, and a number of presidential prayer services since its establishment in 1907, the first Muslim prayer service was held in its auspices on Nov 14 as an initiative to foster wider religious tolerance.
