Breaking the record Jacques Cousteau set 41 years ago, grandson Fabien Cousteau sets a new world record as he resurfaces for air.

Fabien Cousteau, grandson of famed French oceanographer Jacques Cousteau, emerged from the turquoise waters off the Florida Keys on the morning of July 3, after a record-breaking 31-day stay underwater with a team of scientists and documentary filmmakers.
