In a few days the Easter egg hunts will get underway. While children are the prime target of these specific festivities, adults shouldn't feel guilty if they can't resist reaching into a basket to grab one, or even two (or three...) chocolates. Chocolate can actually be good for our health and even daily consumption can make us feel better.
