Using your skills, having fun with what you do and a good work-life balance: that’s what the ideal job looks like for most people. But for many, that’s difficult to achieve. When people get frustrated and dissatisfied at work they sometimes feel the need to quit from one day to the next. After all, things can only get better, right?
But is it a good idea to just throw in the towel? “Don’t rush into anything,” says business and mental coach Ute Gietzen-Wieland.
