Vietnamese authorities recently cleared away dead fish from a large freshwater lake in Hanoi, the capital, after a large number of fish died early this month due to suspected pollutants in the waters.
The Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment has been working to remove the carcasses after hundreds of kilograms of dead fish washed up along the shore of West Lake.
