I read somewhere that butter is now considered good for you. Is this true? I’ve always thought that butter is bad for you and eating margarine is a more acceptable way of eating ‘butter’ with your bread.

The reverse is actually true. Butter has gotten a very bad reputation over the last 50 years, and we have come to associate butter with raising our “bad” cholesterol and increasing our waistlines.
