Why should a woman be forced to wear heels?

Imagine the following scenario, if you will. A man and a woman are kidnapped from a prestigious office building in Kuala Lumpur, flown to a remote jungle, and confined in a makeshift hut. As the kidnappers wait for the ransom money at a predetermined drop point, the two executives manage to untie themselves. After picking the lock on the hut door, they venture outside.

What do you think is the first thing they do? And no, they don’t take a photo, and upload it onto Facebook with the caption, “Guess where we are?”
