One night while feeding strays, retiree Ng Foo Mun came across a mother dog and her seven puppies. One was dead and he suspected a car ran over it.
“It was a heartbreaking moment,” Ng, 58, wrote on his Facebook on Oct 31, 2015. He wanted desperately to rescue this canine family but his dog shelter and rehabilitation centre in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, was already full. He had just rescued another dog family, Stormy and her five puppies.
