Deadpool is not the only fourth wall-breaking comic character

I loved the Deadpool movie and if you did too, chances are it had something to do with his “Comic Awareness”. No, you read that right, and I didn’t spell “Cosmic” wrongly. This incredible power is definitely the coolest one to have, especially if you are in a movie.

A bit more about Comic Awareness: whosoever possesses it gains the awareness that he or she is merely a fictional character and can therefore enhance the audience’s/readers’ experience by engaging with them! This act is known as “breaking the fourth wall”.
