There couldn’t be a starker mood contrast between a baseball game and a football match.
So I've now experienced one of the most American of traditions, and I’m still not quite sure what to make of it. Maybe it’s because we attended my first ever baseball game right after watching a nail-biting, hair-tearing World Cup Group of Death match between a sluggish Germany and a spirited Ghana.
