PJ and Georgetown: Ranked 5th and 10th 'selfiest' cities in the world

Petaling Jaya and Georgetown 'selfied' their way to the top 10 ‘selfiest’ cities in the world.

Ellen DeGeneres’ selfie at the Oscars may have been the most retweeted selfie of all time but folks from Petaling Jaya and Georgetown are not to be left out in the selfie scheme of things.

According to the survey conducted by Time.com, "The World’s Selfiest Cities: Time’s definitive ranking", PJ and Georgetown are ranked 5th and 10th in the list of 100 cities that has the most selfie uploaders per capita.

PJ recorded 141 selfie takers per 100,000 person, while Georgetown boasted 95 per 100,000. Two other Malaysian cities, Kuala Lumpur and Johor Baru, also made the top 100 list, coming in at 21st and 50th places.
