Today, we start off a series of four articles on medical qigong by Master Tan Soo Kong, chief instructor for the Healing Chi Association of Malaysia. These articles will serve to create awareness and understanding of medical qigong. 

PEOPLE all over the world have developed their own ways and believes on how to keep healthy – aerobics, yoga, qigong, and so on. In India, yoga is well known. In China, it’s qigong. hen we take a closer look at each and every of these systems, there are similarities. One of the common factors in all is energy, which is known as prana in India and qi in China.
