I have a sedentary job as an office worker, and I work from eight in the morning to seven in the evening. When I come home, I have to collect my children from the babysitter and take care of them. As a result, I don’t get to exercise much. I spend my weekends with my family and trying to catch up on sleep! How often should I really exercise to be healthy?
