My friend told me that eating too much ikan tengiri will make us forgetful in future. She said she learnt it from a reliable programme on television. I used to eat a lot of ikan tengiri. I notice that sometimes when I fry a large fish, white liquid oozes out from the skin. Is it safe to eat the fish? – Lydia

Fish is an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Some fish species have a high content of heart-healthy Omega-3 fats. A well-balanced diet that includes a variety of fish and shellfish can contribute to heart health and children’s proper growth and development.
