Most people cannot achieve optimal targets for cholesterol levels just by changing their lifestyle alone, revealed National Heart Institute senior consultant cardiologist Datuk Seri Dr Robaayah Zambahari, and consultant endocrinologist and diabetologist Prof Dr SP Chan, at a recent press conference held to announce the results of the Collaborative Atorvastatin Diabetes Study (CARDS).
