For three weeks this month, a theatre hall in Klang Valley will be filled with women laughing and crying about mid-life and hot flushes. In conjunction with Menopause The Musical, an off-Broadway show that begins its run on July 7, TEE SHIAO EEK speaks to the Minister of Women, Family and Community Development, as well as the creator of the musical and two other women to find out what it is about menopause that incites such extreme emotions.
