With so many products to choose from, it is understandable if consumers get confused sometimes. After all, some of the claims made, such as preventing cancer and heart diseases, sound too good to be true. On the other hand, there have also been negative developments such as the Pan Pharmaceutical recall last year. So what is a consumer to believe?
