Fauchon presents ebony choux puff pastry for Batman’s 75th anniversary.
The French luxury fine foods retailer, Fauchon, which often sells quite colourful gourmet creations, will soon surprise its regulars with an éclair dressed entirely in black. The limited edition pastry is a tribute to the Dark Knight on the occasion of his 75th birthday.
