SKIERS with gourmet palates can combine their two loves in a new Italian winter holiday package that’s part ski, part gastronomic getaway hosted by celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal.

For four days in February, guests can join Blumenthal along with fellow culinary compatriots and Michelin-starred chefs Sat Bains and Marcus Wareing in Courmayeur, Italy, described as a traditional Italian resort where the food is given nearly as much importance as the condition of the slopes.
