Rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum)

The rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum) is a medium-sized tropical tree in the family Sapindaceae, and is the fruit of this tree.

It is considered an exotic fruit to people outside the countries which it is native and can be found in Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and elsewhere in South East Asia.
