This Ramadan, come and berbuka puasa with your family and friends in thecomfort of Première Hotel’s Grand Ballroom and indulge in delightfultraditional and specialised Malay dishes coupled with a range of localkampung favourites specially prepared by Perak-born sous chef Mohd Rosnan,and his team of chefs from 6.30pm to 10.30pm until Aug 30. With a lavishspread of over 150 adventurous choices plus the firm favourites, new andrepeat customers will be spoilt for choice! Muslim customers can be assuredthat the food served is prepared according to Muslim dietary laws. As forRamadan favourites , Mohd Rosnan recommends Udang Sambal Petai, SiputSedut Masak Lemak Pucuk Paku, Ikan Patin Masak Lemak Tempoyak, LalaMasak Singgang and Rendang Tok. Not to be missed is one of chef Rosnan’shighly-recommended soups — Sup Rusa. There are five different Ramadanmenus served on rotation basis during the fasting month, with a refreshingchoice of beverage and sweet desserts. The buffet is priced at RM80nett perperson and RM40 for children aged seven to 12 and RM60 for senior citizensaged 55 years and above.
