Lobster specials
Lobster prepared in various cooking styles are available every Friday and Saturday night throughout June at Cinnamon Coffee House, One World Hotel Petaling Jaya. Using only the freshest and most succulent lobster, whet your palate with a kaleidoscope of dishes whipped up a la minute by chefs in attendance. Some of the lobster dishes that will be served on a rotation basis at the salad bar are the Egg, Asparagus and Lobster Salad with Tarragon Mayonnaise, Potato Salad with Lobster and Watercress, and Prawn and Lobster Salad with Green Mango and Lime-Chilli Dressing. For soup, there is Slipper Lobster Bouillabaisse and for the main course, tuck into Slipper Lobster Pot Pie with Mushroom, Slipper Lobster Thermidor, Slipper Lobster Lasagne, Stir-Fried Slipper Lobster with Chilli Paste and Slipper Lobster Quiche. Tempting favourites from the four corners of the world are also served buffet style at different show kitchens.
