Genji’s Master Chef Richard-san and his team have skillfully concocted several splendid delicacies from this most sought after beef. For starters, savour the simple yet sumptuous Wagyu Nigiri Sushi, flavourful Grilled Beef and Vegetables with Salt and juicy Wagyu Enoki Negima where the chef pan fries the sliced Wagyu beef and rolls it up with straw mushroom and spring onion. There’s also Wagyu Yakiniku, in which the sliced Wagyu beef is grilled with chef’s special made Yakiniku sauce. The Teppanyaki Wagyu is enjoyable as it is rich in flavour.
