JUST when I thought I’ve tasted all the Kelantanese food in the city, my colleague Raja Shamsul Bahren tipped me off on a stall at Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz that serves nasi Ulam (herbs and vegetables).

He told me that the makan place is located opposite the Kuala Lumpur International Hotel and has been there for the past two decades.
