Alongside names like Oprah Winfrey, Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk, Spanish chef Jose Andres has been named a “titan” in Time magazine's annual Time 100 List of the World's Most Influential People.

Andres is the lone food personality to make the magazine’s annual list which identifies the most influential pioneers, leaders, artists, icons and titans of the last year. In his presentation of the chef, friend and fellow chef Emeril Lagasse describes Andres as a culinary icon and brilliant restaurateur.
