There's nothing quite like perfectly ripe tomatoes, so juicy that the seeds practically fall out when you cut them open.
Many recipes call for tomato seeds to be removed as they can dilute the flavour of certain dishes. But next time you're removing the seeds, why not try setting them aside to make a delicious spicy relish?
