Ice cream shops have long been offering much more than just vanilla and strawberry varieties. But in Germany, specialists have now even begun selling vegetable-flavoured ice creams.
Oak & Ice in Berlin is selling scoops of beetroot, while Kontor Eismanufaktur a few street away sells cucumber and mint ice cream.
