In real life, Buddy Valastro is exactly what he’s like on television. He is open and unassuming, encouraging everyone to “Ask me anything, guys,” and is easy-going to the point of entertaining every single request for autographs or selfies with good humour and relentless patience.
“Honestly, it was the way I was raised. I was raised to never forget where you come from. You’re never too big for something. I truly love my fans – I’ll always stop to take a picture and give a hug,” he says.
