There is no doubt that beer and fried food go together. So, it stands to reason that beer and Japanese tempura would go perfectly together as well.
So, when we were given the opportunity to try a special collaboration between Japanese brew Kirin Ichiban and Malaysia’s first Tempura specialists Ginza Tenkuni to create a beer-inspired tempura omakase menu, we readily agreed to check it out.
