McFashion, eau de burger and now finger lickin' nail polish

By AGENCY

Fashion and fast food might not be obviously connected, but that hasn't stopped several restaurant chains from flexing their style muscles over the past year.

This week KFC hit the headlines with the announcement that the US restaurant is introducing edible nail polishes to its Hong Kong clientele. Exploiting the brand's famous slogan "Finger Lickin' Good," the polishes, which come in two different flavours, are designed to taste like the KFC chicken recipes for "Original" and "Hot and Spicy". According to Racked, the beauty items will be fabricated from natural ingredients, with the most popular flavour being put to the public vote with a view to it being mass produced.
