At a tasting event for the media held recently, reviewers got a taste of the baby beef back ribs, which is available with two sauces – the local-flavoured Sarawak black pepper sauce and sweet black pepper BBQ sauce. The Sarawak black pepper sauce was a favourite for many as it seemed to make the meat of the ribs more tender and juicy.
