Subway has announced plans to serve antibiotic-free chicken across its US restaurants by 2016.
After announcing plans in June to remove all artificial colours, flavours and preservatives from their sandwiches, salads, soups and cookies in North America by 2017, the chain has followed up with news that the chicken served across its 27,000 outlets in the US will also be free of antibiotics.
