The new DXP (Delivery Expert) vehicle
Domino's USA has just released a custom-built delivery car "aimed at revolutionizing pizza delivery," according to Russell Weiner, president of Domino's USA. The inside of the car has been all but stripped away, providing space for up to 80 pizzas inside. In case of traffic or other delivery delays, there is a warming oven on the side of the vehicle.
One hundred of the new cars will be put into service around the US, including in Boston, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, New Orleans, San Diego and Seattle.
