Spanish dishes make way for Peruvian tapas at La Bodega

Catalan Chef Martin has undertaken the task of introducing Peruvian cuisine at the La Bodega outlets.

Take off your sombrero cordobes and put on the alpaca chullo; Spanish tapas bar La Bodega is playing host to Peruvian cuisine and culture throughout August at their restaurants in Kuala Lumpur and Malacca. Guests are set to embark on a journey dubbed the Peruvian Adventure and last week at La Bodega Lounge Telawi 2 in Bangsar, KL, I got a sneak peek at what is in store.

La Bodega’s head chef, the true blue Catalan Chef Basilio Martin has undertaken the massive responsibility of making folks fall in love with the understated Peruvian cuisine.
