There are many elegant ways to end a good dinner and one of these is to serve a digestif.
As opposed to the aperitif (which could also be non-alcoholic) served before a meal, the digestif is an after-dinner drink that is strong and has a higher level of alcohol content. Cognac is one such preferred digestifs – which aids the digestion process.
