Eating out for under RM30: Rubberduck

Breaded Chicken with Couscous and Leaves at Rubberduck.

Always on the lookout for an affordable, healthy option for lunch, Rubberduck turned out a win. It not only soothed my palate but my pocket as well. Quaint little alfresco-type cafes are a dime a dozen these days, serving everything from sandwiches and salads to artisan coffees and delish desserts but I sometimes feel out of place.

But Rubberduck makes no pretensions to be anything more than a little cafe with a concise, no frills but interesting, homemade menu. And I liked that modesty.
