Japanese BBQ restaurant Rocku fires up local diners, yakiniku style

Thinly sliced meats are grilled over a smokeless charcoal fire.

If what’s on the plate is not entertaining enough, there is now Rocku – a rockin’ good time and yakiniku.

For the longest of time, the seventh floor of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur was out of bounds for guys. There was actually a security guard there to ensure only females can step on that floor that once featured salons and other businesses that cater to an exclusively female crowd. That changed last December, when the entire floor was transformed into a foodies’ haven (we’ll let Pavilion make the announcement).
