THE top 10 list of people’s favourite char koay teow stall/eatery is up on Metro Online Broadcast (mob.com.my).

Topping the list is Lau Wan Kuetiau in SS3 Petaling Jaya, followed by Restoran Jamal Mohamed in Kelana Jaya and Leong Kee Fried Koay Teow in Restoran Meng Kee in PJ Old Town.

The others on the list include Ming Tien Food Court in Taman Megah, PJ, Robert’s Char Koay Teow in Section 17, PJ, Restoran Yong Sheng in Subang Jaya, the stall at Lot 10 Hutong in Kuala Lumpur, Restoran Kam Heong in PJ New Town, Taman Melawis Char Kuey Teow in Klang and Restoran KH20 in Puchong.

From now until Dec 31, remember to vote for your favourite char koay teow eatery.

By doing this, you stand a chance to win attractive prizes such as hotel stays and dining vouchers.

Nominations are open for the first 10 days of the month, followed by voting from Dec 15 to 31.

The Star People’s Food Awards is a monthly contest that recognises the best street food in the Klang Valley.

Every month until May next year, the public can vote for the best category-based street food such as char koay teow (December) or nasi briyani (January) via MOB.
