The Palm Garden Hotel in Putrajaya is offering a spread of more than 80 dishes in its Malaysia Ramadan Buffet.

Patrons will be able to sample signature dishes from various states such as Laksa Kedah, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak Pahang, Rendang Ayam Minang Negri Sembilan, and Ayam Percik Kelantan, among other local favourites such as Kambing Panggang, Kari Kepala Ikan, Bubur Lambuk, and more.

Executive chef Ibrahim Salim who is a northerner, said one of the must-try dishes was the Laksa Kedah.

True to his word, the Laksa Kedah was tasty and hit all the right notes.

The soup was a perfect balance of sweet and spicy with a hint of fish.

Another must-try is the Rendang Ayam Minang which is perfect to be eaten with either lemang or nasi impit.

A selection of fresh ulam completes a buka puasa meal.
