Seri Pacific Hotel offers more than 300 dishes in its buka puasa buffet.

THERE are more than 300 types of dishes to try at Seri Pacific Hotel’s buka puasa buffet.

With the theme "Warisan Kampung", diners can start with a variety of Malay herbs and salads served with sambal belacan.

Chef Saad Othman and his team have worked hard to come up with a diverse menu for Ramadan.

“Typical traditional Malay cuisine such as Pucuk Ubi Masak Lemak, Daging Dendeng and Nasi Beriyani Gam can be found here.

“Other highlights include Sup Gearbox Power, Sup Ekor Bakar, roasted marinated whole lamb, fish head curry and grilled fish,” he said at the Ramadan buka puasa preview.
