Blessed with three princesses

I was sitting on the chair while gasping for some air in my office room. Huh, the boss blabbered again! The bossy boss had turned my day into chaos.

Suddenly, my eyes caught a glimpse of a picture frame on the table. It was the picture of my family. Looking at their faces soothed my fury. My daughters are the apple of my eye. We are always on the same page. We love the clothing line which is Ariani and the same ice cream flavour which is chocolate!

Now, let me introduce my family. My name is Sri and I am 36 years old. I work as a clerk. My beloved husband's name is Mohd Ikhsan. He works as a contractor. My first daughter is named Hana while my second daughter is Hany. My last daughter is Humairah.

Hana - firstly, she is messy. From her first day at school, I could find many spots and dirt on her uniform. Although she is a messy girl, she always works hard and she is punctual and polite, as well.

In her diary, she has written that she always remembers even the minutest thing that I do. For example, I arrange three mugs on the table every morning. She appreciates that. She appreciates the purple mug of Milo (for Hana), the pink mug of chocolate milk (for Hany) and a cup of tea (for papa). Plus, before going to school, she always whispers to me, “I will not disappoint you and take for granted your sacrifices. Never, mum!” I am so touched. This proves that even a small act from me has proven my love to them and made them appreciate me.

Hany - my second born has the opposite character to Hana. She is a clean freak but she is lazy and thick-skinned. One Saturday morning, I asked her to wash the dishes but until the next day, they were still unwashed!

My third daughter, Humy grows bigger on a crash course. Once, I taught her how to clap her hands while singing “Pok Amai-amai”. Until now, when we sing that song, she will start clapping her hands. I am amazed that she beats her brain out every time I teach her something. When someone waves at her, she will wave back courteously with her small palm. When someone offers her a handshake, she puts out her hand and kisses them on the hand.

I have three wonderful girls in my life. They often cheer me up whenever I am under the weather or feeling blue. I hope those three princesses could follow me and my spouse's footsteps to achieve their dreams and be felicitous in life.
