My neighbour is a businessman. He has been openly burning huge joss sticks and joss paper for a stretch of 10 days. The strong winds often blow the smoke and ashes towards my house. I can’t even dry my clothes outside and I am tired of washing my cars. If it is one or two days, perhaps I can tolerate it but this has been going on practically every month.
