Enter the Dutch Lady video contest, win a RM30k policy

Dutch Lady Malaysia celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. To commemorate the occasion, the milk company wants to collect 50,000 pledges from parents to create a brighter future for their kids.

The pledges will be obtained via ground and online activities.

Earlier this year, Dutch Lady launched its Inspire Tomorrow Fund (ITF) which will be distributed to 50 Malaysian children to help them pursue their dreams in various fields.

Of the 50 children, 30 will benefit from the fund via a video submission contest which invites Malaysians to submit stories on how they inspire their child to achieve their full potential. The children who feature in the 30 most inspiring story submissions will each be awarded a policy.

The other 20 children will be selected with the support of the Ministry of Education and Social Welfare Department.

All 50 children will be awarded an insurance policy worth RM30,000 currently that matures when the child reaches 18 years old.

The video submission contest is open to all Malaysians and it runs from now until June 30, 2013.

To mark its 50th year, the company will also be holding a number of workshops for underprivileged children from various homes in the country. The workshops will teach the children cooking, singing, painting, sports, arts and drama.
