Queen Elizabeth II sent birthday greetings on Wednesday to her eighth great-grandchild, Archie, the son of Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, as he turned 1 year old.
"Happy birthday to Archie Mountbatten-Windsor who is celebrating his 1st birthday today!" Buckingham Palace tweeted, with a photograph of the queen meeting Archie, Harry, Meghan and Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland last year. Harry's elder brother, Prince William, and their father, Prince Charles, also tweeted birthday wishes to Archie.
