Shantini Venugopal on her colourful new book

Venugopal believes that storytelling and theatre do wonders for a child.

The author and theatre star sets out to educate through theatre and a book on jellybeans.

Once upon a time, before the age of the dinosaurs, there lived thousands of jellybeans all over the world. When dinosaurs started to roam the land, these jellybeans realised very quickly that they had a problem on their hands – too many of them were being squished underfoot by these large new creatures. Each time they heard a dinosaur approaching, if they could go any paler than their current colourless state, they certainly would.
