The driver who killed Malaysian actor Shaun Chen’s father in a hit-and-run has turned himself in, according to Malaysian police.

The Jelebu police said in a statement that a 62-year-old man had turned himself in on March 28, the day of the accident. A urine test was conducted on the man and the result was negative. The notice did not state which substances were being tested for.
