Adele’s comeback was met with laughter and cheers as she hosted Saturday Night Live, where she treated the audience to comedy skits and song performances.

Her appearance on the Oct 24 episode of the comedy show comes five years after her last album, 25. She teased her appearance in a tweet on Oct 19, which some fans thought of at first as a hint on the release of a new album.
