In the 1960s, Datuk Ooi Eow Jin was part of Orchestra RTM, and at his peak, he had composed the music for a couple of hits including Rahimah Rahim's Hati Yang Rapuh and Jika Begini.
Diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2015, composer Ooi no longer has the ability to play the piano like he used to. But, on some days, the 82-year-old would move his fingers across his arm as if he's tickling the ivory.
