Her fiance, Alex Rodriguez posted a video of a home workout featuring Lopez and their children - the baseball player's kids, Natasha and Ella from another marriage as well as J.Lo's, twins Emme and Max.
The fun workout includes 400m sprint, 15 kettlebell swings, 10 push-ups and 30 dumb bell exercises. The workout is 20-minute AMRAP (as many rep as possible) style.
